The Team
The Clements Architectural Team is a small, highly experienced practice led exclusively by registered Architects. Our scale is deliberate: it allows us to remain directly engaged in every stage of each project, from initial briefing through to delivery. Clients work closely with the architects responsible for the design, ensuring continuity, accountability, and a deep understanding of the project’s objectives. This hands-on approach enables rigorous design development, clear communication, and carefully considered outcomes tailored to each client and site.
Sustainabilty Statement
Sustainability at Clements Architecture is embedded in the fundamentals of design — orientation, form, material choice, and long-term performance. We prioritise passive strategies first, reducing energy demand through climate-responsive planning, robust envelopes, and carefully considered detail.
Our work favours all-electric, low-energy buildings with simplified material palettes that minimise embodied carbon and construction waste. Where appropriate, we advocate for net-zero operational outcomes, off-grid capability, and buildings designed to endure climate extremes, including bushfire-prone environments.
Rather than treating sustainability as an overlay, we approach it as an architectural discipline — shaping resilient, efficient, and enduring buildings that respond directly to place, climate, and use.
